Questions
Maktab refers to the category of accommodation and services provided at Mina and Arafat during the five days of Hajj. Category A sits closer to the Jamarat with more spacious, better-appointed air-conditioned tents and upgraded catering. Category C is air-conditioned and fully serviced, but further out and shared more widely — which is why it costs noticeably less. Everything else in the pilgrimage is the same.
A shifting package means you move to Azizia apartments for the Hajj days rather than staying in your Makkah hotel throughout. Azizia is roughly 7–8 km from the Haram and is the standard base for Maktab C and A groups during the Mashair period. Non-shifting packages, where you keep the same Makkah hotel, cost considerably more.
It depends on the package. Qurbani is included in our Value Long Stay package and in all Maktab A packages. It is not included in the Zone 5 Maktab C packages — you can arrange it separately through us at the prevailing rate.
The Maktab C packages are costed at Rs 75 per Saudi Riyal. If the exchange rate moves materially before your payment is complete, the difference is applicable. The Maktab A packages are tentative and remain subject to approval from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. We will always tell you in writing before anything changes.
Direct and indirect flights from Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore and Multan, depending on the package and the schedule released for the season. Our Value packages fly indirect from Peshawar or Islamabad. Final schedules are confirmed to Hujjaj when air tickets are issued.
A Pakistani passport valid until 1 December 2027 (16 November 2027 for Maktab A), a copy of your CNIC with a contact number, four photographs at 4×3 cm on a blue background, your blood group, and the CNIC and contact number of your next of kin.
Yes. Separate family-wise rooms in Azizia can be arranged for an additional per-person charge. Triple-bed and double-bed upgrades in Azizia are PKR 175,000 and PKR 300,000 per person respectively on the Zone 5 packages.
Yes. Every package includes a Hajj kit along with training and orientation sessions so you arrive knowing the rites and the routine. Our directors accompany Hujjaj from the first day of Hajj until the last.
